The kitchen/dining area comprises modern units with electric oven and gas hob, integrated fridge, and dining table to seat five.
The utility room comprises washing machine, dish washer and freezer, and a separate cloakroom with toilet and hand basin
First Floor
Upstairs comprises three very pleasant bedrooms which all overlook the private courtyard. There is one double room, one twin room and one single room. A cot can be provided on request.
The bathroom comprises a toilet, sink and a shower over the bath.
Outside
There is a delightful private walled patio garden with apple tree, table and seating for five, and a barbeque – enjoy!
